Before completing the ETIAS form, it is essential to gather the following information:

• A valid passport issued by an ETIAS-eligible country
• A functional e-mail address
• A bank card for payment of ETIAS fees

Steps to complete the ETIAS form

The form is divided into three main sections:

Personal information and passport data

The traveller must indicate :

• Full name, date and place of birth, nationality, gender
• Passport number, issuing country, date of issue and expiry date

Each field must be filled in accurately.

Contact details and holiday plan

You must then fill in :

• Full postal address, telephone number, e-mail address
• Country of entry into the Schengen area and expected date of arrival
