Stopover or transit in Italy: ETIAS required

The ETIAS is also required for stopovers in Italy, even if you don’t leave the airport. Once issued, the authorization is electronically linked to the passport, so there’s no need to print it out.

How much does ETIAS cost Italy?

The ETIAS rate is €7 for adults aged between 18 and 70. Children and senior citizens are exempt. Payment is made online only. No application will be processed without prior payment.
