The price of an ETIAS travel authorization is set by the European Union at 7 euros. This amount must be paid when completing the online form. No free version of the ETIAS is planned.

What are ETIAS fees used for?

The €7 paid covers the operating costs of the ETIAS system: application processing, portal maintenance and security checks. The budget surplus contributes to reinforcing Europe’s external borders.
